Wolmer's takes JISA Netball rally

The Jamaica Independent Schools Association (JISA) 2015-16 netball season got underway on Thursday October 15th with the usual rally at the Lela Robinson Courts in Kingston.
Twenty eight prep schools took part in the one day event and Wolmer's Prep emerged champions after they defeated Hydel Prep 4-3 in a final that went to extra time.
Vaz Prep defeated last year’s league champions Quest Prep 2-0 in the third place play-off.
The rally is the precursor the league championships which gets underway on Thursday October 22nd and will be contested at the various participating schools on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Quest Prep will be looking to defend the league title while beaten finalists from 2014, Vaz Prep, will be looking to go one better. Wolmer's however, has shown real quality early and will be among the favourites to lift the title at the end of November.
Former Head Girl - Darielle Edwards obtained 100% in all subjects (SCHOLARSHIP). Her her first choice Wolmers' Trust for Girls.
